1773 Bourbon Barrel Fermented Cabernet Sauvignon

Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon that was aged the traditional way in French oak barrels then transferred into Jack Daniels bourbon barrels. The addition of bourbon barrels brings an added richness to the wine with subtle undertones of vanilla, warm earthy notes, and dark cherries.
