Filet of Beef with Cabernet Butter and Horseradish Crème
or Lemon Thyme Grilled Chicken (for those who do not eat beef)
Haricots Verts (French Green Beans)
Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes with Fresh Thyme and Rosemary
Paired with Cabernet Sauvignon (beef) or Viognier (chicken)
