French Quarters “French Riviera” Wine Dinner

Join the owners of all four Vineyards on the Swan Creek Wine Trail for an exclusive French-inspired dining experience. This premium event will be hosted at Shadow Springs Vineyard and the cost is $75 per person, plus tax (The gratuity is included in the cost.)
This premium dining experience consists of four courses, that includes:
- Appetizers: Fresh Spinach, Fried N.C. Oysters, Shaved Red Onion, and Goat Cheese with an Orange Balsamic Vin paired with Shadow Springs Rose’
- Second Course: Smoked Tomato Braised Salmon with Fresh Herbs, Buttered Broth, and a Grilled Baguette served with Windsor Runs Cellars Judge’s Verdict
- Main Course: Seared Scallops, Peas and Shitakes, Truffled Cauliflower Puree and Basil Oil paired with Laurel Gray Vineyards Viognier
- Dessert will be Blood Orange and Grand Marnier Bread Pudding with Chocolate Ganache and Candied Pecans served with Dobbins Creek Vineyards Sweet Riesling
Dinner will be accompanied by classical guitarist Sam Taylor, NC School of the Arts.
