French Quarters “French Riviera” Wine Dinner

Join the owners of all four Vineyards in the Swan Creek Wine Trail for an exclusive French-inspired dining experience. This premium event will be hosted at Shadow Springs Vineyard and the cost is $75 per person (included gratuity), plus tax. (The gratuity is included in the cost.)
This premium dining experience consists of four courses, that includes:
- Appetizers: Fresh spinach, fried N.C. oyster, shaved red onion, goat cheese paired with Shadow Springs Rose’
- Salmon with fresh herbs and a baguette for second course served with Windsor Runs Cellars Judge’s Verdict
- Scallops, peas and mushrooms, cauliflower puree with basil oil for main course paired with Laurel Gray Vineyards Viognier
- Dessert will be Bread pudding with chocolate ganache and pecans served with Dobbins Creek Vineyards Sweet Riesling
Dinner will be accompanied by classical guitarist Sam Taylor, NC School of the Arts.
